Adding a modern flair to the event, Imran and Nazir from PAKAUSSIE Traders brought their sophisticated tech gadgets and practical imported items to the marketplace. Their diverse range of products attracted tech enthusiasts and added a unique dimension to the cultural celebration.

Proceedings of Jashn-e-Urdu Event

The Jashn-e-Urdu event commenced with a warm welcome note delivered by Roll No. 1, Suleiman, setting the tone for the celebrations. This was followed by a heartfelt call for the national anthem, which was presented with great enthusiasm by the audience, invoking a sense of pride and unity.

Ms. Komal Tariq, the esteemed principal, then addressed the gathering, delivering an inspiring speech that emphasized the importance of preserving and promoting the Urdu language. Her words resonated with the audience, laying a strong foundation for the rest of the program.

Ms. Marukh took the stage to announce the first performance, which featured a compelling speech by Fatima Zahra on the significance of the Urdu language. Her 2-3 minute presentation highlighted the beauty and cultural richness of Urdu, leaving the audience inspired.

The second performance was announced by Ms. Sarosh, introducing a delightful children’s tableau titled “Shahd ki Makhi.” The young performers captivated everyone with their engaging act, which lasted for 2-3 minutes.

The third performance saw Uzair Khan deliver a thought-provoking speech, showcasing his eloquence and deep appreciation for Urdu. Following this, Zoha Ahsan mesmerized the audience with her recitation of “Lap Pe Atti,” a heartfelt poem, in a 1-2 minute performance.

The event reached a literary peak with the Mushaira session conducted by the renowned Mr. Fasihuddin Khan Sb. His masterful moderation and the poetic contributions of participants made it a memorable highlight of the celebration.

Fatima Zahra returned to the stage alongside Meenal for the fifth performance, presenting Iqbal’s iconic poem “Shaheen.” Their rendition was powerful and moving, capturing the essence of Iqbal’s message. Next, Izzah Khan delivered a reflective speech on why she is learning Urdu, sharing her personal journey and inspiring others to embrace the language.

The seventh performance featured a soulful Hamd recitation by the young talent Musa Sohail, whose melodious voice left the audience spellbound. This was followed by the eighth performance, a skit titled “ہم سب اہم ہیں” (“We Are All Important”), performed by young students. The skit conveyed a powerful message about unity and self-worth, earning applause from the audience.

The guest speaker session was a significant segment of the event, featuring speeches by notable personalities, including Mr. Ernest, Abbas Alavi Sb., Rehan Alavi Sb., Charishma Kalayandan, Enver, and Lucia John’s. Their insightful and motivating talks added depth and diversity to the celebration.

The awards and certificate distribution ceremony recognized the efforts and contributions of participants and organizers. The presentation of awards was met with cheers and appreciation from the audience.
